Toolbox Azbox HD 1.2 Download

Is there a site where I can get / download Toolbox HD 1.2 or a newer version to modify my Satellite Files? I've been told that our Sat List for North America can be modified to change the 125 Sat List down to about 50 Sats for North America only (via a xml sat file), but that Toolbox HD 1.2 or newer is needed.

Thanks Dig Deep but when I googled your URL I ended up with a bunch of foreign or Non English Sites. Is there one in English or am I missing something?
