How Do I get RTS 1 senegal

Have been looking On LJ's and it says I should be able to get Liverpool game on RTS 1, I have RTS 1 in my list but it is scrambled. Tried to add new transponder but it wont let me says its invalid. Also its L and not H or V. What does this mean. Am trying to do this on Technomate TM6900HD Combo. How do I go about getting it?

You need an cicular polarised LNB ,don't know if its scrambled

Why don't you use: Eutelsat W3A @ 7E with 80 CM dish: Cork Limerick area, 70 CM dish: UK, RTS 1 FTA

I have watched footy on this channel in the past with 1mtr dish in Es***. Rough old picture, bit like a video and commentary in French. But it does if all else fails!!
