So with the latest Xcam & Mcas_04OCT10 upgrade (as with the previous couple of versions). One can put a card into the icecrypt and it will work? Can it also act as a server? And if so what would I need to be running on a dm500s? Not looking for anything external, just internal. I have ccam on my 500s at the moment....

The Xcam and Mcas upgrades are just updated Xcam client and Mcas client plugins.
These are client not server software.
You will require either redcam or Oscam to set up a CCCam server in the S4000.

Can anybody pass me link to download OSCAM server for S4000 PVR? Does it work with CAM module plug-in to the CI slot?

The latest version of Oscam server for the S4000 is known as redCAM_CS_Server__SF10x8_HD_03-11-2010 try doing a google.
No server can work with a CAS Module as far as I'm aware.

OK. So I have binary of ColdAsICE. As I understand I can use internal CA slot (not CI) and use protocol-internal in config file of card reader. Of course RSA and Box key must be included in this config file (paired with subscriber card plugged in to CA slot).
Another question is about using of OSCAM server by ICECRYPT itself. Of course I can bind another address to OSCAM server installed on ICECRYPT and use XCAM Client for this box itself. I am right?
