installing hdd onto clone db800

i have an original db800 with hdd working great, I have just bought a 500gb hdd for my clone db800 and i don't know how to configure it when its installed. What do i have to do to get it working is it just install and away you go or is there some sort of procedure i have to go through

I am running nabilo black hole elite 133
