Found some time doing some more testing: did not find a reason why It whent wrong? Cutting corners I guess: flash 730p to 732p who will tell?

Glad to tell problem is solved, RS232 card reader sharing up and running.
C S also running fine on newcamd, had 16 lines connected and stable
Still to test some cccam, others already reported this fine to.

So if you want to update, have a lot of CS info, big channellist, many transponders or found problems after update?
You have to do the update the long way with the latest firmware from TM website (729 in my case)
It takes a bit longer, factory reset, loading original, factory reset, ... and so on. As described here:

not certain what is going on? Can only do some more testing after weekend?
Could be related to RS232 section & sharing 2 card reader on 2 TM-6900 HD super?
- within 2 minutes, remote and front panel freezes, can only use switch off at back
- receiver sometimes reboots making it impossible to recover on usb stick

you can only recover with a null modem cable and STB loader like the one from TM. (730p)
I put the patches on line again for those who want to experiment. If you want still a working receiver see if you can flash a current patch 726p or 730p back with null modem before you go to the 732p, so you know you can recover this way
In no way try to recover on USB port, as I don't know what happens if receiver reboots while flashing from USB!.

It's always a bit exciting when a new s/w comes out.. However, on this occasion, I think I'll also wait a while. Previously, IIRC unstable s/w's were superceded quite quickly with stable ones.

Working ok here on TM 6900 since last night. No Problems. There may be RS 232 issues no way of testing this. Absolutely great to be getting these Patches from Phantom, Many thanks for that. Would be nice to know what they do though.

Just followed Gigas excellent tutorial and running fine (I didn't load the add onn not sure if necessary) Every thing appears to be running fine :)

Phantom biggest culprit ;) doing this. add on has most to do with C S
still noticed small freezes on Bulsat, Canal Digitaal if Irdeto key is public: we will know.

Got home last night and tried latest TM6900HD Phantom patch 732P this morning.
Works fine so far with none of probs experienced initially by Giga - but C+ N/L 19E not opening on this patch with latest softcam, whereas Bulsat is - so assume would have to go back to 726P for that still?
So we still dont seem too clear about whats new on this patch!:respect-050:

Another issue marked here is that there are no internal biss-keys as in previous patches,I myself had to define them manually one-by-one.
The only bug fixed for my TM-6900 Super was the missing audio of ESPN Classics & NASN on 11727V on Eurobird 9A/9°E (in previous patch I had to move to the second audio option first and then back to the first again to make it go).

I expect you'll all have noticed by now my new thread re TM6000 Super Series Patch 732P, which we can now confirm DOES open BOTH Bulsat 39E AND C+ N/L 19E when using latest TM softcam issued 2020hrs 16/11/10!

Eh was a good user of technomates.
Had tm 6800 but felt abandoned by the support.
Had tm9100 sold, had tm600 sold
So when it came to have hd stb tm lost its way in my opinion
Can it be an azbox, a vuduo, a dm8000 ?

Took the plunge myself. Fantastic news. Thanks to those with something POSITIVE to say about TMs. Long may they continue to be updated, no matter how behind!! I got a 1500 and a 6900 and enjoy pottering around with both - I can't afford to be out buying a STB every 2 years or so.

i told u before give us a option if you said pay something to keep it going then if we did not then we lose not you and you still be the cool dude true or not:respect-020: ( make the firmware then if tm users want it you ask for a small fee and once paid then you send the firmware password to unlock it.)

The problem is Princips beetwen me and Technomate...( this no think do do with inocent Users )I fill really really sory for TM user..i been their part for more then 7 years we been in the same Team....

I hope some one from the hobby come and help them proper (TM users not TM company...becouse looks then more helping users many jumping to only advetising ) ...because the "Phantoms" of Hubtech and Ttgate ...looks like they do not know what they are doing ......or TM is not paynig them i nuf for upgarde Hack..!!

Keep your new forum mate, TM will never ever again be on top of anything.
TM5402hd,etc just rehashes of old tired boxes that in their day were tops but now old receivers.
Spiderbox has been miles ahead with bulsat/canal nl/tnt sat etc + gift than TM could ever dream of.
Any box relying solely on softcams have breathed their last breath, only open source linux or closed source linux is the way forward.
Ask anyone who has these tm's that want to watch footy/films etc how they feel waiting for days for key updates, then ask spiderbox owners etc how they feel when they want to watch 3pm footy.
If a channel goes down on spiderbox there is scores of more choices showing their games.
If bulsat/canal nl change keys on a saturday you have had it.
This is just about any stb that relys ons softcams etc only, the end is upon us for these receivers.
Say what you want about Darkman but he delivers the goods, and tells the truth.
He said the TM800 was fecked and it is, open source now to anyone to try and sort out what their engineers can't lol.
