wouldnt mind clearing out my DB800,when flashing with dreamup and null modem cable does this erase all the rubbish from flash first unlike web if flashing,? as i thought there was an erase flash option on dreamup but does not seem to be with latest,so im assuming it does it automatically when loading new image,,never used dreamup before

There is no need to erase the flash with E2, it does not work in the same way as E1 box's.
There is also no benefit in using dreamup, a complete erase is performed even when you flash via the browser.

Do you have any problems with the box ?

Another option is to do a factory reset.

Is it just on those sats or all ? I assume you are using a motor ?

The more info you can give the better picture I can build to get to the bottom of the problem.

ok ,no motor ,dont laugh, but i move dish by hand as its at head height, dunno if you remember my post the house i moved to has slate walls so cannot fix and have a tempory solution for now,i literally put channel on on whatever sat and move dish till channel drops in it used to work on nab images (though not all .11 didnt) and blackhole,i use a bouquet with bbc channels from 1 west,13,19,28e and it used to work fine, got it down to a fine art with various things to aim at for each sat :) would OS 1.6 with dream elite make a difference

hmm, maybe the box is not registering that you have changed satellites.

Normally I would try and make the same test but even I can not manage to match your set up. :respect-023:

Have you tried some later images ? Oozoon is worth a try and it will be bang up to date.

ok ,lol i know strange setup ,ill be getting motor soon so see if it still happens ,but theoretically im the motor so wouldnt be any different ,weird as the signal bar on the on screen info banner is full but no pic then change channel all fine!!!,hope its not the tuner that otherwise works fine ?

thanks for your help/advice m8
