how to scan

i seem to have lost a couple of sky movie channels could anyone let me no how to rescan them have a dreambox 500 with motorised 1m dish

Go into menu > search option > hit the 3rd coloured key from the left twice (yellow?), option then to search the satellite, or frequency (or network - I think!).
