am now on my third lnb powercuts seem to cause the tm9100 and 9100 super to blow the sh|t out of them and its getting expensive lol is there an in line fuse type thing i can put in and if so do i need to put it before or after the motor.

Not heard of that before - ensure cable is properly fixed at both ends to F connectors or re-do them both ends to be sure
Q. If its powercuts that's causing the problem, surely it could / would blow possibly PC's, any I/O eg Printer / scanner / Router etc , STB, Tv and any other appliance thats still plugged in - sounds more like something is shorting out in LNB

If not as john.dat suggested it could well be a problem with the TM's power supply, it wouldn't hurt to try a surge protector on the mains supply end either.

Think your problem is with the coax-cable or f connector.
Since the 9100S came out it's connected to the same LNB'(-s) overhere never had a problem
