39 east

good clear day here in monaghan ireland i got 39 east but have only a few channels they are all on 11.052v i have 74% singal but cant open novasport or football channell what is wrong here, i have a 1.2 chanell master and technomate 54000 super with all latest updates my latitude, is 54 and elevation is 27 on i west but on dishpointer elevation is 16 on 39 east is that a problem or how do u set a dish elevation i read here on dishsetting 2 set for
1 west and tight everything after u get best singal, thanks for help hope we can get it sorted
