phantom patch please tell

wot is the differance with a phantom patch does this gicve anything extra i origonaly thoughjt it was for bulsat but if you just input irdetto key then how is it differant from a darkman or magic patch ??? just input bulsat key in phantom using softcam works fine but also there is a canal digial key i input that manualy but doesnt work not sure if i inserting on correct line ident at top is 0622 but not sure what prefix code should be 01 11 53 ???

latest sep 25 dose both 19e and 39e as well as bis on 19e 13e and 5w.

That's sorted the 3000 series, but is there a Patch that does both in the 1000 series? The latest release doesn't work for me unfortunately.

Only one at a time 308 and bis cn 19e 13 and 5w, 313 patch for 39e
on tm 5000 all like tm 3000 also w'ite card works ok in 3500d
