no programmes on thor

ive just bought a spiderbox 9000hd installed the latest patch im getting programmes on hotbird and 19.2e but im not getting any programmes on thor have i got to download latest softcam keys as well and if so which ones thanks in advance for any suggestions

You need latest patch....Activate Service + douwload the right satellite...and all will be OK.....

sorry to be a pain but i downloaded latest patch yesterday done the factory reset in the order explained but still nothing

Can you get the FTA Channel 11325H, 24500, BBC World news and if so what are your s and q readings

yes ive got fta programmes and have 70% quality

Make sure the satellites position is 0.8W and not 1w.
Check/correct in Motor Setup - Satellite Position.
then try scanning 10934 v 24500.
