OK I've updated. Firstly, on completion of the upload, the box, instead of re-booting turned off and displayed WRITE OK in the front pannel. This had me a bit worried. I turned off and on at the back and all was OK.

The box now opens TNT on Astra 19 as well as C+NL (don't have 39° so cannot comment on Bulsat).

I had a bad time trying to install patch 733P - on mine it didnt switch itself off & reboot as it had with previous patches, then the Add-On was the same, but it also usually causes a reboot. I also had no remote control communication until I'd totally powerd my TM6900HD Super off & on again!
I havent actually found any differences betweem 732P and 733P, but at least its working again following a 'cold' reboot where I had to switch power off at socket!:respect-050:

It is effectively a basic package version of what is listed as Canal Sat France on Lyngsat.

If you check the packages section of king of sat, you can see which channels are actually part of the TNT package.

There is a good patching guide by mrvee, referred to by echelon in the 5000 usb series section. At the end of the new Patch load you may have to do a "Hard Reset" switch of at the Mains Plug.
Warning: Do make sure the patch has finished loading, before switching off.

The Patches uploaded to 20-11-2010, 10:10 PM are for the super version, and the patches uploaded on 20-11-2010, 12:12 AM are for the USB Series
TM5300D_5200D TM5400CI. These are all in the Technomate 5000 series section.
Hope this clears up any confusion.

If you are using a 6900 Super HD have you gone into the Main Menu and checked on System Information that the patch loaded, it should be new S/W Version 7.33p (Nov 18 2010).

Did you reload the Add On if you used it before, and the latest keybin/softcam...I used Glen_911TM softcam key for all 16.11.2010 - 2ND.Key.

Don't know if you have tried the above but I can open Bulsat OK with the above, also try a free to air channel just in case your setting have changed, it is always best to make a copy of your channel list before loading a patch like 733.

How about unplugging the box from the mains for 10mins or so...and/or reloading all the files again just in case the new patch didn't load properly.

It worked for me OK so I am just making suggestions, have you tried moving your dish to 19.2 to see if you can open the film 1.1 channel?

Also can you open a free to air channel on bulsat say The Voice 12524 H 30000

I've just tried reloading everything again and still no go, and also won't open film 1.1 on 19.2.

The only thing I can think of is, that there were 2 softcam files on the 16/11/10 are you sure you have the 2nd one, and are you downloading it to your PC then extracting it to your USB flash drive for uploading to your box.

Sorry if I am repeating what you have already tried but...but if you followed Giga's instructions and have 733p loaded then I am not sure what could have gone wrong!

It looks like the softcam isn't loading on your box.

Hi M8,

You may need to clean out your softcam files on your box...try extracting then loading the below file on to your box it cleans out all the old keys...you may have run out of space, and then put the new key file on after...this came from our friend Giga so is it reliable...it's the only thing I can think it could be.

Good luck

James.

I had been running my TM6800HD Super on 688p and using a Diablo 2, but I got fed up of Bulsat freezing for a few seconds every 15-20 minutes when the CAM was warm, so I decided to upgrade to the latest patch.

I have installed 733p, ADD_ON_002p and the latest softcam. Without the CAM in the receiver, TNT and C+NL work fine, but Bulsat freezes momentarily every few seconds. Does anyone know why that may be? Signal strength is 75%.

If I insert the Diablo 2 CAM, that seems to take over the decryption and the picture is stable for 15-20 minutes then freezes for a few seconds, as before.

Hey Guys!

I´ve noticed something strange with the latest patch, maybe it has been impemented in previos patches as well but I didn´t notice it?
Well when I put an USB pendrive into the front USB port my technomate does automatically start recording in the background. This doesn´t work with my hdd.
Thus I can rewind anything I´m watching on TV but after a while a message appears that the memory is full.
Is it normal with this kind of recording?? Can it be turned off in a way?

Cheers,
DJ

One thing I've noticed on 733P is that when viewing PVR recorded progs it no longer goes back to the start every time after stopping it!:respect-067:

Cheers,
DJ

yes mate
