Diseqc problem or dream box ????

Hi all,i helped to put a Diseqc motor and 1.2m dish up for a freind a few weeks ago,got it working on 28,23,19,16,13,5e and 1w,tracking the arc ok,but last week the heavy winds moved it,been round today got 1w back in to start then 13,16,19 degs(had to put all sats back in as it had lost all stored positions) but when i tried to get 28degs in the motor kept moving back to its previous position,then it started to lose the other stored sat positions(im not using usuals)then the motor wouldnt turn at all using the position finder in the dreambox,tried manually on the Diseqc and turned to 28deg so i saved that sat,now i can only turn the motor manually to about 19degs from 28deg then it stops,anyone know what im doing wrong or what is wrong.

ps im using a db 800(orig)and a SuperDark Metal Gear SuperDark Metal Gear Diseqc motor,image is nabilo blackhole 12.

Been back to my mates this morning,installed all sats manually using east/west bottons on diseqc motor then saving in dreambox,still dont know why it wouldnt work yesterday,at least it working now.
