What does this box clear with whatever patch?

am trying to do a neighbour a favour but wants asian channels at 28 deg?

or does it only work at 19/13 deg?

it works on various channels on various satellites and the list is in the gift section which will include 13e and 19e

but it wont clear scrambled channels on 28e out of the box and so would require a c or n line as well which is usually paid for and the box is nothing to do with cs for channels like 28e but it can work that way
