Don't know if this is old news, but I've just read elsewhere that these 3 channels are now available on 4E 11660V 27500 2/3 8psk.
Thanks to galandracos. (opening with NuevoXstream)

Same here most of the time Rabby, but occasionaly I get a decent signal.
As I said "low dense clouds and snowing" you would think 'no chance' but I got a strong enough signal to get them. Then on a clear day, nothing.

Hi guys the strange behaviour of this bird reminds me of Sirius which was in inclined orbit quite a few years ago, has anyone got a inclination motor on their dish to adjust the dish up or down which will prove it.
Regards mahler.

There is a new channel on there which is quite easily tuned in and seems to be viewable anytime of the day.
It's called WESAL
DVB-S 11685 V 222000 3/4
Acording to Lyngsat it's on the same widebeam as the JSC HD channels but I haven't manged to be able to tune those in so far.

Yes m8 Wesal is very easy to tune in, and quite different to the transponder containing the three Jsc Sports channels which allthough claimed to be on the same wideband footprint are very weak by comparison.
I had considered inclined orbit causing the periodical change in received signal strength, but it doesn't seem to affect Wesal.
It has been suggested that the satellite is turned during night time to maximise solar power collection, but I thought at 37000 km above the equator that move by the ground control station would not be necessary.
