Upgrade from 688p to 733p

Can I upgrade from 688p to 733 p simply by following GIGAs upgrade instructions, or would I have to do an "intermediate" upgrade.

All done now....thanks to everyone and in particular giga for his clear instructions...I also had to manually re-boot after installing the patch.

The non super patch is 702p dated :19-11-10.
I uploaded the entire range of Technomate working patches most of which have now been removed.
