Backing up channel list

How do you back up your channel list

The method I prefer is
1.insert memory stick in usb socket
2.on remote control just below zoom button press button fn2 3.a list appears on screen titled usb
4.use green button on remote,alist comes up,
select save mode,channel data(udb)
5.press ok,wait a few seconds then remove memory stick, then
exit menu.

(Make sure USB is formatted to FAT32 by SpiderBox)
