E2 channel settings

I have installed vti image and catseye's channel list and everything works like a charm but could I use a channel list created for dm800 E2 in my VU+Duo ?
Another question is if I change or update the image in the future would I loose all settings ?

As it states is E2, therefore good for all E2 boxes

just got vu+duo used about 15 min with blackhole img its looks very nice, fast.
i have dreambox 8000 i have made chanels list some fav . folders,
but when i ftp in vu+duo with dream edit, i cant see my folders, all services can transfer,
but not fav folders, plz if some 1 can guide me how to put my fav folders in vu+duo,

Try rebooting box & then check your sat config set up m8

i have uploaded again 8000 channels list in Vu+duo,
i can see providers, sats, all services , but when i pres sblue button its blacnk no folders in it,
i am usng blackhole, its my first img didnt try other , and using my own channesl list coz i have t 90 so made my own channel list,
shall i try other img or am i doing some thing worng,
any idea guys plz

I think you need to set it to yes for favorites in the setup menu somewhere I am sure I've seen it when I did mine.
