spiderbox invalid key

can any one give me .infoe on spiderbox. it now shows .invalid keys.i asked in august about date on screan.was led to beleave gift ran for one year.not just 4 months. is it .to do with service plus. change over. or have i been ripped off by the retailer selling me a box thats been registerd before i bought it. sorry about members that have left. thanks judy

Looks you so new in this forum ,before you do some not nice posts read all proper......in spiderbox forum...

The Gift mean 12 months free channels..and i do not think you get only 4 months,.... forget about key error.....check in service+ if is still continiu is OK..and that will last 12months even mabe some more ......

Before you gave false statments read and contact you selleror the sponsor ,if you did not bought from sponsor ,go in right please,,,

plenty of threads exist on the invalid key issue anyway , nobody is being ripped off as service+ has no expiry date
