Wife has recently moved onto community midwife team and now regulalry gets 10-12 random visits telephoned through in morning - 15 mins later her Tomtom is ready to role with the quickest route!
Tomtom cannot optimise a multi-point iteneray automatically but for anybody who needs to regulalry optimise multiple routes (for free instead of using expensive software etc....max 20 locations) -I have found this on-line site which works really well:-

As well as printing out directions and map - there's an option to save results as a .csv file.
It is then simple edit (Notepad) to give each waypoint a better name, then convert into OV2 file using this on-line conversion tool:-
h**p://tomtom.gps-data-team.com/poi/csv2ov2.php
Save the ov2 file in your map folder on your Tomtom and then either select each location through navigate to point of interest option (per optimised route) or create an iteneray based on optimised route.
