managed to get my hands on a fibo 90 after wanting one for years, there supposed to be the dogs twitcher, paid 70 quid from fleabay for it which is a good price for a dish of this quality,
god knows what the lnb does but think its ku band described as::
Swedish Microwave(SMW) Depolarizer XD12,
SMW XF-45 Ferotor (polariser)
SMW X-Line XL-800C dual band LNB
dont know if anyone knows what i can expect to pick up with that??
,
trouble is i need a pole mount so if any fibo owner has one knocking about we could make a deal thanks

as for a pole mount it will be simple to adapt the mount with a flat plate at the back and u clamps or similar

mmm not sure m8 as your pushing that weight out further away from the pole,id imagine that mount is quite weighty + diseqc motor think a shop in germany sell them but not cheap!!

finally got my fibo sorted ,a few might have read my numerous posts about not having a site for a decent sized dish due to slates thats why i went for a fibo as they do punch above there weight /size and seems as good if not better than my old 110cm lenson i had at old house deceptive though as fibo is 99cm top to bottom but classed 90cm,they are a fantastic dish though the build quality is as good as any dish ive installed, ended up with a T&K and a scaffold pole i borrowed (cough)at head height should be ok as quite sheltered
thanks to everyone whose offered advice along the way

hi am new to satpimps and just saw this slightly old thread- hope ok to revive!
i have a fibo 90 too just waiting to fit a c 120 inverto white as old lnb failed.
nice job on the mounting- I have the original fixed wall mountings for mine (as per your initial photos) but like you would like to motorise. If poss/ rules depending could you let me know cost of custom rear bracket as it is a nice job and less weighty/***bersome than original. Not sure if I can get pms here yet but any advice would be very welcome
