tm no signal

hi i am trying to store channels om tm5000 super but box will not store sirius , which has very good signal,when i try to store sirius it knocks all stored sats off.i have tried several patches , softcams and factory reset default channels etc/ but nothing seems to cure this problem has the tuner gone or is it a motor problem.

might be to do with your motor settings, are you using usals are fixed non-motorised system,

already tried this patch and other patches , problem started after installing phantom patch 3 or 4 weeks ago can,t remember which one , i think it was one to fix a bug.but it seems like it has installed some kind of bug instead.
