CCcam and two CS Servers Prio File

So I have an Azbox running E2 CCcam client and I use this to connect to sly on 28.2, I have two CS servers set up in CCcam.cfg file....now one CS server is local on my lan with excellent performance and one is set up on my WAN with not so great performance ( a little bit of clitching ) there is quite alot of channel duplication on the cards but what I want to basically do is use the local card for everything it can handle and only go off to the WAN server when it can't handle the channel on the local card..

Can I set this up on the prio file, so it picks the local lan card first before trying the WAN card 2nd ?
