getting used to spiderbox

been using for a couple of weeks,well pleased. are there any links to program listings in english (i know live links are out, but i'll find my way). esp canal+ 1west and 30west.
having to make do with a short time on pc as mine is kaput. hope santa sorts it. also looking at a hardrive for spider. presume it connects to usb slot at back or is it internal. any suggestions. not looking for massive memory as i dont keep stuff once ive watched

External USB hard drive, for the spiderbox, or connect it using a scart lead to a DVD recorder.
I find most channel listings using lyngsat.com, click on the packages link, middle row, of the relevant satellite then the channel required, most aren't in English but are easy to work out, click on links like guida.
