Why don't you give it (ftp with dreamboxedit) a channel list according to what setup you have....for example Astra/Hotbird....3 or 4 Satellite or perhaps if you have a motorised system.

If you expect people to help you, you should consider giving a lot more information than you have.
Image, satellite scanned, your location, where you got your satellites.xml file, maybe dish size........
anyway, always use manual scanning

I leaving in Israel, working with gemini 5.1, and i have diseq 10. dishes:
30w - 1.80m
28e - 1.80m
7e, 13e, 16e, 19e, 23e - 1.25m
9e, 10e, 4w, 7w - 1.05m

As I said - use manual scanning - select the satellite you want to scan from the menu. Are you sure your disecq switches are working properly - have a look at signal strength for one frequency on each satellite to see if the switch has operated properly.

i worked with azbox with same diseq and it's work good. i didn't changed nothing when i move to dreambox8000. i can scan each transporder in all satellite, but the problem begin when i do scan for satellite (single satellite in manual scan option)

it is worth checking your satellites.xml (in /etc/tuxbox) file - you can download complete from _http://satellites-xml.eu/
do you get the same problem with both tuners ?

its possible (but unlikely) that your tuners are faulty (unless your box is a clone)
I would suggest loading a new image (try OoZooN) and see how that works.
I would also try connecting just one dish directly to the DM - that will avoid diseqc & any settings problem - you would then know if its your tuners or not.
