DM 800HD pvr Clone HD channel not opened

Hi,
WOULD be MOST grateful if some guidance can be imparted to help
me solving this handicap.
Although the tuner on the box is a DVB-S2, I have not been successful in viewing any HD channel.

What sats are you trying to get and do you have a HD subscription ?

Might be worth trying different settings such as Catseye ect.You should deffo be able to get the beeb if you are in this country.
