mounting hdd

how do you mount an internal hdd in the icvs image.. ive initalized it in device manager then selected the hdd and pressed red to mount... rebooted but still cant use the hdd.. any ideas..? :bigear:

silly question which drive are you trying.
I was going to fit a WD Scorpio Blue 750GB 2.5" HDD SATA 3GB/s, but i noticed that Montyboy was have i problem and he has the same make HDrive, fixed it when removed.
I bottled it till after xmas now and may look for another make drive.

im using a wd 500g... but im sure its nothing to do with the hdd as its worked fine on other images.... this icvs image recognises the hdd and even says that its mounted.. but its not working.. ie timeshift and recordings..... the device manager says that the hdd is sleeping..!!
