open box newbe question

im new to these types of receivers, but not to the world of multisat
i used to experiment with titanium cards and used dragon cam, but not done nothing for a while
was talking to people at work who have these types of boxes. dream boxes open boxes etc, however they dont know how they work. they just use them.
and im getting a bit confused with all the info out there,
i noticed the open box is cheap and cheerful and is hd. so may be a good place to start.
what ino are you able to tell me about his box . or any other similar boxes,
does it work with a motorised dish. or can i conect it to my sly mini dish
is there any info on what channels it can pick up.
ive sort of an idea on how it works. but was hoping to learn more before i take the plunge

works fine with sly mini dish
can control a motor using usals or diseqc 1.2 no problem at
its a bit limited with only now and next epg for sky but works great with cardsharing and prob cheapest hd box out there

I'm looking for a cheapish box for my brother.
Are these boxes really that good, not much about them on sat web sites

What the channel list like, can you put them order or even better download a channel list?

Fully agree with you, great value for money, does "THE" job...but compare to others, "quality" is not that great...It is MY opinion, but again for the money it's ~OK~.
