Strange but Hustler and Dorcel are working fine for me and have been for some time now.

Yes you can clear Hustler and Dorcel as they are part of the AustriaSat package (19.2 east)
When it comes to the CD NL... i don't think is possible to use the Jepssen patch https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showpost.php?p=718986&postcount=1 on Vantage X200.. only HD 6000/7100/8000.
