Hi

I have just switched on my spiderbox 9000 and am finding that a lot of satellites have a No Signal

The only sat that are working are 43 east, 39 east,28.2 east the dish moves to these sats but to go on beyond 28.2 the dish do's not move

I have done a factory reset put every thing back and still can't get the dish to move past 28.2

so can someone please help me

Are you using Usals or Diseqc 1.2?
If Usals check your latitude and longitude settings in motor setup.
Was the dish working normally then stopped? Did you upload a channel list to your Spiderbox?
Check your East/West limits.

Mickha

I am using Usals

I have input my longitude and Latutide other wise 28.2 east would not work

yes the dish was working OK when I turned it off last night

I am using thy same channel list I have always used

Kill the power to the spiderbox for a couple of minutes ?? Then Restart [ Think there is a bug in the latest patch ] All should be ok

Alright mate who installed the dish you sure it aint installation problem also regardless of picking up sats your motor should move past 28e if not your motor might be knackered.

Rabby I have killed the power to the box for 30 minites switch on still the same

Dish will not move past 28.2

Kojidon As for the installation the dish and motor was set up last August

John.dat I am using USALS as for my channel lidst I have gone back to my old list
Dish aligment well I am not shure I will ring my sat guro and ask him

you see this is what I can't understand

Having a starting point of 42 east

I can get 42, 39, 28.26, 25.5, and it stops at 23.5 so from 42 to 25.5 the motor turns OK until it gets to 23.5 and that is as far as it go's ?????
