Well you have heard of bird spotters and also train spotters well i am a channel spotter a true satelite freak never happier than running scans and see what will open, i dont get time to sit down and watch these channels as i am to busy sitting there ticking the channels that open in my channel opening spotters book. Yeah doesnt seem to good now all the channels arent available. Was much better before NuevoXstream went off. And channels seem to be on and off all the time from what I read (as I dont use mine that much at the mo).

To be honest to say I actually bought this thing for the 'Gift' Im rather dissapointed. The last CS share I was on I got a hell of a lot more channels than I do now just for sharing a sub & not paying for the share as we all are now ;-) cos lets be honest the reciever isnt nothing special without the gift.

Folky i find it strange what you are stating about Spider i have only 3 static Lnb's but i just counted my favorites channel list for opening channels with gift which is now Sevice + gift plus soft cam i counted 367 channels, which i think is brilliant for the price of the box.

is not Linux box and can allowed you to share your Card with NO any big knolege and telnet or Ftp ,just only by remote controll ...others can not do that ... OK!?

The Redlight Channels are on Hotbird 11411 H 27500, and they are clearing with a Spiderbox, and they are:

Redlight Mix
Redlight Platinum
Redlight Premium
Redlight Velvet
Redlight 3D-HD is not clearing at this time

You quoted that the above Redlight channels are clearing on the Spider?
I have the give package via service + but cannot open these channels??
S & Q strength is very good, so it is not a signal problem.
Are they broadcasting 24/7 or just evenings??
I have also checked the PID's and all are fine, unless you have an official card for the cam, I cannot see how you are receiving them??

Maybe it's up on the older spiders that had NeuvoXstream service, but mine is fairly new and has only ever operated via service +.....
But I will keep an eye on it?

Keep your hair on.... Not said anything too bad have I? Just saying I liked the box more before NeuvoXstream went off. Seem to have lost a few channels that I used to watch (But then again I havnt done a re-scan in ages) & as I said earlier the reason I bought Spiderbox was for the channels not the receiver.

I have a Spiderbox and a Dreambox thats the reason I say it isnt anything special because thats the only thing I can compare it with (and my Dreambox isnt even HD). Im sure the people that buy Spiderbox after owning one of the more basic receivers will love it.

When the transition from Nuevoxstream to Service+ is complete, all users will have the same amount of channels available.

hi all i could clear redhot with sevices+ on 11411 (i also have redhot 4 channel via card)

last night there was on screen message that redhot was moving to 11.200, so i scanned the channels and they would not clear with services+ but ok with card .

i could not see any better picture quality on 11.2000.

tonight there is on screen message that you have to retune to 11.200
