Spiderbox 9000 Combo remote issue

Guys,

Just bought a Spiderbox 9000 Combo and the receiver remote sensor is driving me mad, any button I press on the remote control moves 2 places on sceen, what I mean is when I press FAV and try to scroll to a particular channel its almost impossible as the cursor moves 2 or 3 places for every one press of the remote control, setting up channel lists is a joke at the moment, using the Menu is also a nightmare.

Latest software + gift installed.

All help appreciated.

Update,

problem seems to be when I have any of the menu screens up, FAV, MENU etc, would it be worth my while moving the remote sensor sideways on the 9000HD Combo a bit ?

SOLVED

I did a factory reset and only rescanned Astra 2 / Astra 1 and 16e and 13e and now the receiver is working properly, looks like the onboard processor cannot handle it when you scan all sats from 30w to 42e.

Anyway happy to say the remote control and receiver are now glitch free !
