You can't do that unless it's on the same transponder

CAN you do it on same transponder?
I've done it in the past, but don't seem to be able to do it now, for some reason.

I've not tried it but you're supposed be able to do that (I read on a well known site) :D

John. If you, or anybody else has chance to try it, please let me know how you come on. When I am recording a channel and press OK only the channel I am recording shows, although there are other channels are on that particular transponder. I am sure it used to list all channels on that transponder when OK was pressed, or am I mistaken?

Whilst you are recording press the center button (OK). A list of the available channels will appear, and you can scroll to one of them to watch. If no list appears except the one you are recording then there are no others available. Try it on sat the ITV channels on 28E and you should have a choice there. We really need a twin tuner Spiderbox.TMULL

Thinking about it, will you only get other channels to show up, after pressing OK, if they are FTA and available to watch?
It's just a guess, but that seems to make sense.
