Help for setting plugin and multicas.....

Hi to everyone,
I am having problemes to set my azbox.......
i am using the latest firmware, but are unable to downdload in the plugin section: (message: fail to install plug-ing ) and in the openXCAS section, it downdload and safe multicas, but went going in the menu, it says: no camd available,

I had installed previos version of firmware and etc...
didn't change,

plaese help

Deinstall all plugins.
Than reboot the box and install all plugins new.

unable to deinstall, ist's dosing deinstall ,had even try to it from the setting panal, did not succeed.
i had install it from a tft panal, but when reboot, it dissapired

You can delete all plugins with telnet or with ftp.
