Sats changing name/position

I am starting to get fecked off with my azbox. Over the past few weeks my 28.2e decided to rename itself 26e and its position changed as well. I manually added 28.2e back. Today, 23.5e has decided to call itself 19e and changed its sat position on my azbox to 19e. Anyone else had this problem and how best to resolve (apart from throwing the crap receiver out in the bin)?

Reflash with a USB stick. Format the application area, and reload patch.bin.
Don't change or delete any satellites after that and rescan.

Before you do this, backup your RSS, Plugins and (if necessary) your channels on the main menu.

Then do a reboot with your usb stick in (must have patch.bin file on it) and on the options screen you will have the option to format application area. Do this then flash your new patch.
