Hi,
Just installed image NewDE-1.0-Final-dm800-e2-OE(1.6) and have come across a couple of problem which I hope someone can help.
Firstly, I placed settings in plug-in 'Stayup' and the plug-in has disappeared, cannot download again as download states that it is installed and up to date, I cannot find it.
Secondly, Installed 'satankeys for NewDE-1.0-Final-dm800-e2-OE(1.6)', however although I can find the uninstall for this, again I cannot find the program.
Lastly and most importantly (and this is not an image problem as it was happening on previous image), every time I turn on the box my dish has moved off Sat, I then have to send the dish to 0 and restart from 1degree (thor) searching satellites, I am using USALS, however I then struggle to pick up the Astra sats (28 @ 19) and have to manually search for these. (I am only searching for 5w, 1e, 4.8e, 9e, 13e 19e, 28e, all other sats have been removed)
Has anyone else had similar problems?
Hoping someone can help

first check your lat-long in the reciever , next after you install the de image do a factory reset on the box , next move the motor to 0 manually (if you can) then factory reset the motor if your dish is on the arc this action should cure your problem,at worst your dish has moved off the arc and will need realigned, hope this helps

so when you select "goto 0" and the motor turns to 0... where is the dish pointing at..?

About the Plugins, try to press and hold the Blue Button for a few seconds. After you let go, you should get a display of several installed Plugins. Hopefully, the ones that you're missing will be found there.
About the other problem, I would send a new Channel List to the Box and restart enigma2 without deleting any sats at all. Then try to tune in to whatever sat you wish and if ok, then remove the sats you don't want, edit satellites.xml file accordinly with chmod 755, re-send the edited channel list and restart enigma2.

stumac m8.. the reason why your dish moves off line is nothing to do with the images.... the reason is you dish is simply not aligned with your motor correctly..... this will sort it out ...
providing your tuner config is correct and the long and lat settings are then do this..
1/ send motor to "0"
2/ get your spanners out and align dish to thor 1w from the motor arm
3/ select 1w channel so motor goes to 1w according to usals
4/ get your spanners again and re align dish to 1w
5/ tuner config all your other sats in and you will never be off line again..!!

Thanks for the replys guys.
Apriliarsvr, thanks for your help, however the dish is lined up correctly and works perfectly with my Topfield TF7700, however on the DM whenever i try to goto 0 the dish either moves or will not move, if it will not move I have to do a DM restart to get the dish to move.
Once it is at 0 it will find 5W, 1W, 5E and 13E but will not move to Astra 19 or 28E (dish does not move), I then have to manually tune to these sats. Tonight I was tuned into a Disney channel on 28E when all of a sudden the dish moved east to its extreme, on its own accord for no reason, i think there might be some conflicts within the DM.
Satfoot, I will try your suggestion later when kids have gone to bed.
Again, thanks for you help and suggestions guys

Are you using Usals as well with your Topfield...because if not there will be a conflict when you connect the motor with your Dreambox...you see the storing of the sats is done in the memory of the Motor card. So both receivers should use the same system i.e Usals. Now just to be doubly sure.....To use the Usals system in your DM you to do this:
1) Go to Menu>setup>service searching>Tuner Configuration>configuration mode:Simple
Mode: Postioner. Then beneath enter your Long and Lat Co-ordinates correctly bearing in mind whether E or W.......you can do away with Power Managment, finally press the ok button on your remote.
