how do we configure inaydn in this e2.

I've downloaded a debian package for mipsel cpu from

http://packages.debian.org/lenny/mipsel/inadyn/download (http://packages.debian.org/lenny/mipsel/inadyn/download)

Installed it with ipkg command from a terminal, you may get errors, but after you can find inadyn in /usr/sbin and it runs. But I don't know exactly how to configure /etc/inadyn.conf file with your settings. Try googling, you'll find what you need, I think.

I found in command line help how to use with dyndns:

inadyn -u <username> -p <password> -a <ALIAS>.dyndns.org
INADYN: Started 'INADYN version 1.96' - dynamic DNS updater.
I:INADYN: IP address for alias '<ALIAS>.dyndns.org' needs update to 'XXX.ZZZ.YYY.KKK'
I:INADYN: Alias '<ALIAS>.dyndns.org' to IP 'XXX.ZZZ.YYY.KKK' updated successful.

If you need other server, sorry but look for them on google.

Are you getting some particular error? Please report more info if you need more help.

Ok, there're other ways to update a dyndns server. At least now I know you want to update no-ip.
So, googling may be you can find simple command lines which use wget command to update your ip association.
Other thing is that in free mode, many server, refuse a quick and repeated update from external host. But I don't know if own a free service or a payed one. Payed one should work every time you want.

The ds team has a build in as they wrote.
