Very weak chann', you need a fairly good size dish and correctly and accurately lined up - if you press info button on R/C TWICE, what signal strength and quality is showing ? and this is on Service+ ?

maggie, are you getting digi*lb?..are you sure you are on 16 degree's not 15.5?.. are you using someone else's channel list?..If your using usals try disque [ and store sat's one at a time]..Dont give up you'll get there in the end..

P.S sometime's it can be a server problem.

Tring sound is not encrypted , so if your only getting the sound , your not actually opening the channel .

make sure that you have 15.8e listed for that satellite and not any other figure like 16.0e, otherwise no service+ channels will open, then check service+ is working with network setup and use the info button on a channel

You are wrong ramjet. you need to have 16.0E (noy 15.8E)
