help required

hi guys
i have a technomate 9101 super i used to have ukur18 on the box in flash however last week i decided to f/w upgrade from the comms setting (in the menu) the box upgraded and the new upto date image was installed however i got no satellite signal so i checked my feed in a sly box and the picture came on staright away,
so i then did a factory reset and hey the satellite signal was there,
and once i had tuned in my sat (28.2e) and put in the lines i had to picture was brilliant.
the next day there was no satellite signal being recieved (wrong data transmission)
so i then contacted the manufacturer who told me to flash it with the original technomate image and then install the ukur 23 image i did that and it worked for about 2 hours and then the same message came up wrong data transmission.

i would like to know if anyone else has had issues and how i can rectify this stupid mistake i made i have also been in touch with technomate who have said to return the box so they can have a look at it.
