No English Commentory Today

Hi M8 can you help me.I can not get English Commentory on my TM 9100 super on premier game/match to day on Tring Card I got the sound but no English Commentory pressed the audio button came up Albanian. Scrolled down pressed button but no English Commentory only the crowd noise. How can I get It back the English Commentory. hope you can help

I have tried the 4pm game I got the English Commentory on the AV channel but not on the sat channel or on any Tring channel with English Commentory went to Nova on 13e got English Commentory on the sat channel.Why can I get the English Commentory, but not on Tring

I have tried but cannot get it to work.My video will not tune in to my stb box but tune in to channle 1 to 5. AV1 and AV2 tune in to my stb box but not channel 6 which is my channle for my stb box on my TV can this be why I donot get English Commentory.
