softcam or patch problems ?

Hi new to forum and website. I have a technomate 5200d is there a key for bulsat 39E
I tried one dated 8/1/11 but can't get it to work but in fairness I know min re satelites

Thanks Feneki but i still can,t get any channels from bulsat 39 E any ideas what i could be doing wrong ?
I have unzipped files
gone to menu
usb data transfer, done key upload channel list upload
settings are :-
39.0e hellsat 2 transponder (1) 10.956 (v) 4.123
lnb power on lnb universal lnb freq 9.750 / 10.600
22 KHz auto Diseqc............both off

do I need to retune ?

Softcams keys tested working for me on my TM5200 + 6900 m8

did you but this Softcams keys here

You muct be doing somthing wrong mate beacouse the lateist Softcam works fine on my side and know one else is saying anything about it`s not working are you sure you are on 39 east have you tryed these to see if they are open they are free to wear check it out mate or if not then or nothing still opens then you have to ask someone to come and check it out

Hi mate
backup channellist first and do factory reset
make sure you load p.patch first
then factory reset then put back on channellist
rescan sats. before you load softcam
then in the menu goto option and make sure all "au" is off
then load softcam
should work if the fta ones feneki is talking about are working on your stb
fist time you go onto softcam channels give it some time to work
