cant add cclines

hi,ive followed the instructions to add my cclines onto the box,downloaded and unziped the files ,ive added them to my reciever but cant open the ice installer (picture of the reciever and place to add ip address) ,what am i doing wrong? help please

i need help to get the ccline put onto my reciever, i had an openbox before this and that was very easy to understand as even in the instrutions was a tutorial to add cline, the ice box has nothing and i can only find a few disscussions to do this on line but even they dont show the basics,for example on the openbox you could add cline via usb and follow instructions,can i only use a pc to add to ice box? if any one has a link to the basic step by step guide i would be very thankfull ,please help
