techo and 10e!!!! ( pltv)

I AM CONFUSED...
i have a signal of about 65-68 on theses channels.......ie FTA ONES AND MGM
however if i put 11305 frq 30000 dvb 8qpsk 5/6 ALSO shows 68!!
but each time i scan them NOTHING SHOWS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
i did have pltv and cltv 4 days back but then the signal was bad ,, rescanned them and lost them!!!!!!!!!

Said that already in another post I had the "same" issue on my tm6800: for few hours a day I get a signal of 72/74% and was fine I managed to get a picture BUT THE REST OF THE DAY my tm showed up a signal 69/71% and NOTHING AT ALL on pltv transponder , I have changed my lnb for 0.1db and helped a lot with my 80cm dish...but break up when raining...

I have now swap my 6800 for a tm5402 and I can tell you that the tuner is much more sensitive ....I GET NOW A SIGNAL OF 78/79% ALL DAY ... thanks to my new tm5402 and phantompatch...(yes managed it!...easy, some will know what Im talking about) no more freezes on pltv.

Signal quality is much higher on 5402 than 6800...98% for hotbird !!! :bowing-036:

does it work similar to your 6800 ie channel list etc eg .. hotbird scan channels.

having now read that there are reception problems for pltv ,, i guess i can understand NOW why it wont scan on to my eutl10 channel list!!
the signal is 68 also.

TM6800HDSuper patch726p france news 24 english PLTV and Chelsea tv all open a signal of 71% on 70cm dish lnb 0.1db

TM6900HDSuper patch726p france news 24 english PLTV and Chelsea tv all open a signal of 89% on 1.1cm dish lnb 0.1db

you better get someone to see your dish to check it out because i thing that is your problem mate because you dont need to spend anymore money for a new one when it can be fix m8

It´s really better you follow the instruction in post #5 by FENEKI

Maybe new lnb also,easy to change at same time when prof. visit you (but I do not now what you have atm and would that help so much...)
And pole must be OK also of course.

.... sometimes it´s easy to see even from here 2000km away that you are not even in correct sat.:cheers2:

it has to be the techo 6800hd .. just not accepting 11305v....pltv/cltv
i may just have to look at a nother techo now say the 6900hd may be or another brand of receiver....... the lnb is fine

you can buy want you like mate it up to you but if you buy a new receiver and the signal still bad mate you will buy it for nonething

wont size dish do you have m8

wont do you have lnb 0.1db/lnb 0.2db/lnb 0.3db......

there are alot of people have 6800hd and they are watching this pltv/cltv
