One very stupid question???

Hi guys i'm new to this forum and to Samsung DSR 9500,i know how to flash and update almost everything that needs to be flashed and updated but my question is Can DSR 9500 unlock channels without any card present aka can it emulate a card (as it is inserted), i don't want to flash it if that doesn't work because i don't have any card for it....

depends on the samsung 9500 type that you have!!!!!!!
I have two the via ( viace- ss )and ay ( con- ax ) version only found flash option for the via version...
as you posted in the samsung section read posts by sstylianou1976, andrew007, goran etc,,,
thought these boxes were long dead,, must get them out of my storeroom again to try.
