Can azbox stream over the internet?

I got streaming working on my local lan,

streaming then I mean stream from azbox to the pc.

Just curious if I can stream the tv over the internet?

I got 50mb connection so it would be fun trying it out.

I´ve tried many times, but I never got it to work.
