For each Satellite is there a list of channels on a web site which tells you what is on each channels and which ones are PPV

All help will be appreciated

Lyngsat and King of Sat are two sites giving most of the details you are after.

The sites list the encryptions used by a channel but I do not think they show if that channel is PPV.
