HDD standby problem

what command is for standby mode in terminal

hdparm -S /dev/hdb

I try
hdparm -S 12 /dev/hdb
after restart set stand by off and on and works

Azbox Premium
HDD won’t go in standby mode. I tried different FW versions, tried go to E2 and back, formatted DOM try factory settings but still nothing.
When I go to shut down and turn off back switch when I turn on reciver again HDD go to standby correct, but when I switch to sleep mode on remote HDD wake up.
Tried a different HDD but still same s***
Same HDD is working well for almost a 1 year
FW is 0.9.5300 on USB dual boot but same thing is when is on DOM
Plugins: openxcas/multicas + priority manager 1.8
Try without any plugin but same s***

Try some hdparm commands but:

hdparm -S 1 /dev/hdb HDD still spinning
hdparm -C /dev/hdb drive state is: standby but still spinning
hdparm -y /dev/hdb HDD still spinning
hdparm -C /dev/hdb drive state is: standby but still spinning
hdparm -Y /dev/hdb HDD goes to sleep but need reboot to access to HDD again

hdparm -y /dev/hdb HDD goes to standby but starts again imminently
