Having problems with images - any advice?

Hi. I'm trying to setup my (new) Vu+ Duo with an image that will let me configure Cccam. I've tried Black Hole 1.4.4 and it worked until I added Cccam 2.2.1 - after a reboot it just stays on the 'Starting Enigma II' screen and nothing further happens. After a re-flash, it again is fine until Cccam is installed and configured.

I then tried VIX 1.3 and couldn't find a way of getting Cccam setup. I'm installing PLi at the minute to see if that will help.

Any advice from anyone that has Cccam setup and running ok would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! :respect-054:

with the black hole image you need bh-tar gz cam files or dream elite ones

pli will be ok for you I have CCcam running on it ok , install it manually from the plugins
Once you install it go from menu to softcam setup and activate it : softcam CCcam

A - I got Pli up and running fine and installed Cccam from the menu. With a new skin it looked pretty good as well. I then spent ages looking for an EPG for it!! There didn't seem to be a blue or green panel like on the Dream Elite images (I'm used to these from my Dreambox).

The experiment continues :D

if you have installed the image just do a software update via software management (menu, settings, software, update) if you are not using the 09.02.2011 image. Once you update image via remote reactivate the softcam if need be.
Why I am saying update is that new drivers were released yesterday
About EPG no Idea hardly watch TV EXCEPT FOR news, some **** only when sonic1 lends me his card:D:D

OK, so I'm up and running for a few days now and everything is stable and working well. I'm running BH 1.4.4 along with Cccam 2.1.4 from Sonic's link above.
