Channel entry black after scan

Prior to scan - all entries are white & I get what's on now - even with the transponders I can't get (2D & all north beams)

After scan, for example, BBC is now black text and there is no info on what's on now (but multi-EPG still works).

I cleared before scan - and only scanned Tuner A (Tuner B is also on 28.2E)

Any ideas??

Ahaa - sadly NO
After much discussion with Quailman - I have concluded:-
There is only one lamedb (Nose), so if I clear the channels (bogies) from one tuner (nostril) all the bogies (channels) dissapear.
I am better off not clearing (picking my nose) before doing a scan.

But thanks for the advice @Heathercar.
