Just managed to suss how to get these to play in AAF MME edition 25 with downmix on for sound via my TV.
AAF Panel -> Setup -> Autostart -> Audi / Video /Sat
Set "oldaudiofw" to 'yes'.
Still having a problem playing back some XVID files -anyone else got advice for me?
